Knives In Water is the pop-up kitchen brainchild of Ryan Grimes, a Houston based chef from Baltimore, focusing on comfort food that will help you feel even more at home at your favorite dive-bar. Though several services are on offer, such as catering, cooking classes and recipe development, the heart of the organization is in bringing quality food directly to the amazing people of Houston at their favorite watering holes. Gumbo, fried fish, ribs and collard greens, vegan curry, spicy mussels and Valentina wings are frequent items on the menu but new dishes are being added all the time.
